When you first contact me, we will check to see my availability on your date.

From there, we will set a date to get together for our first consultation. At the consultation, we will go over what kind of ceremony you want (religious, non-religious, civil, themed, etc. ), where you would like your wedding and any special wishes you might have. If you decide that you would like to use my services, I will collect a Non-Refundable Deposit to hold your date and go over any other questions you might have.

Based on our meeting and your wishes, I will draw up a personalized ceremony and send it to you to look over. We can then make any changes to the ceremony that you wish and I will send you a final copy for your approval.

My services includes the rehearsal at no extra charge. Some officiates can charge up to $200 extra for attending the rehearsal. I feel that it is best to be there so I can get a feel for the location and see where the ceremony will actually take place. It also gives me a chance to meet the wedding party and the parents.  

I always like to arrive to the location early on the day of the wedding. This puts the bride and groom at ease and it also allows time to get any needed signatures and to go over any last minute changes. I will also collect the balance of my fee if that has not already been done.
